- Italy Shipping: for orders delivered to Italy the shipping costs 7€. Free Shipping over 450€.

- European Shipping Cost: for orders delivered to European Union Member Countries the express shipping costs 15€. Free Shipping over 450€.

- Extra-EU Shipping costs (extra CEE Shipping): for orders delivered to destination countries outside the European Union Member Countries, the relative Shipping cost is displayed at the checkout. You can see the detail of costs in the table below.

- Delivery Time: orders will be shipped using an Officine Creative trusted delivery service. Your order should arrive in approximately 2-7 business days after shipping, Monday through Friday.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once the merchandise has left our warehouse and is on the way to you. In addition we cannot process an order where a P.O. box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarder address is given as the delivery address.

All orders are processed in EURO (EUR, €).

TAXES AND DUTIES

Officine Creative dispatches orders "delivery duty paid" (DDP), hence all taxes and duties are included for the following countries: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Goods will arrive directly at their destination address in these countries, with no extra charges other than the amount paid at the time of the order.

Orders to all other countries are sent "delivery duty unpaid" (DDU), i.e. exclusive of any local sales taxes or customs duties. If you reside in a non-EU country, we advise you to find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order on Officine Creative. Please be aware that any local sales taxes or customs duties will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

DOCUMENTATION

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation (with tax/fiscal pourpose) declaring the value of the merchandise.
